When you need a person, it’s Joe.

Total CMS is built by one developer, and the same person answers the forum and every email. There’s no guaranteed response time outside a written agreement, as the Terms say, but questions do get answered. The forum and ticketing run on weavers.space.

Community forum

Best for how-to questions and anything someone else may hit later. Public threads mean the next person finds the answer too, and someone has often already solved it.
